The Coaching Process

We'll work together in my signature program, The Leadership Roadmap Accelerator, over an 8-week process!

Phase 1: Boldly Build Your Brand

To accelerate your career and elevate your leadership presence we'll need to assess your strengths and weaknesses. Marrying your strengths, talents and passion to the "right" role will position you for promotion. We'll complete a personalized assessment to dig deep and thoroughly assess your innate "super powers". Un-veiling your strengths, is only the first step, therefore we need to be crystal clear on your colleague's perceptions. Understanding your existing brand will help you know key areas of focus as we develop your career strategy.

Phase 2: Master Your Messaging

Next I'll design a custom strategy to uplevel your message in creating your Career Success Kit. Including resume audit, interview strategy, tools and techniques to slay any interview question. Teach you how to create your impact statements to design your interview cheat code allowing you to own the interview, demonstrate executive presence, and clearly articulate your value. Including, bonus "hot seat" mock interviews to test the strategy and give you feedback.

Phase 3: Navigate the Noise

Now that you have the job… what's next? Navigating corporate landmines (microaggressions, gaslighting, and amplifying your voice) requires mental acrobatics that can be exhausting. Emotional intelligence is required, but seldom taught. We will use my signature framework - CARE (curious - assess - respond - effectively) to empower you to address, approach and confront difficult situations head on.

Phase 4: Prepare to Pivot

We'll have weekly calls to check in over our 8wks together to deep dive our leadership labs, evaluate progress, and answer questions. Reaching your career best is a marathon and requires mental wellness as well, so during these calls we'll not only evaluate your progress in the program, but monitor how you feel and what extra support or resources you need to stay motivated as you keep going! If we determine your need additional help in a specific leadership area(s) for better results, we can create an alternate strategy to address your specific needs.
